When you book an appointment with me, my time is set aside for you. With your booking I essentially become your employee. If you do not provide sufficiant notice of cancellation the following policies apply:
 

With less than 24 hours notice - 50% of the service fee will be billed to you
No Shows or less than 4 hours notice - 100% of the service fee will be billed to you
(You are responsible for paying the service fee out of pocket prior to your next booking)

**Insurance does not pay for missed appointments**

While I understand that emergencies sometimes happen, please be respectful of my dedication to your health. This being said, do not hesitate to cancel if you suddenly fall ill! Coming to a massage ill can put my health and future clients at risk. Clients who cancel due to sudden illness are exempt from the cancellation fee.  I will do my best to re-book you as soon as you have recovered.
